This warm down jacket will not let you freeze and is water repellent.

Keep yourself warm with this black winter jacket which is padded with RDS certified and ethically produced down. The jacket's outer fabric is made of technical ripstop material, which is proven to be durable whether it is freezing cold or rainy and muddy. During windier days, you can cover your head with the detachable hood. The faux fur can be taken off. Sleeves have velcro strips for adjusting and inner cuffs to keep the cold out and to protect your wrists. The jacket has been treated to water repellent with an environmentally friendly PFC treatment.
